Mediterranean Diet 

– Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats. – Includes moderate consumption of fish, poultry, and red wine. – Associated with heart health and longevity.

Keto Diet (Ketogenic)

– Very low in carbohydrates, high in fats, and moderate in protein. – Aims to induce a state of ketosis, where the body burns fat for energy. – Used for weight loss and managing certain medical conditions.

Paleo Diet (Paleolithic) 

– Focuses on foods presumed to be available to early humans, like lean meats, fish, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. – Eliminates processed foods, grains, and dairy. – Advocates claim it supports a more natural, ancestral way of eating.

Vegetarian Diet: 

1. Excludes meat but includes plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, and dairy (in some variations). Variations include lacto-vegetarian (dairy allowed) and vegan (no animal products).

– Completely plant-based, excluding all animal products, including dairy and eggs. – Focuses on ethical, environmental, and health considerations.
