India is the land of diversity, every city, state, and corner has its own identity. Right from the clothing down to the eating and taste of people everything is unique for different places, where tastes of people are different there even choices of food and ingredients is different and every significant distinction has its own signature famous dish which are appreciated all round the world.

Here not only are the spices unique but the flavor and aroma these spices produce make Indian cuisine one of the most exquisite cuisines, and all the dishes prepared here are from locally sourced spices.

Punjab: Punjab a state situated in the north of India has a cuisine that is not only savored locally but also popular in many other places. The most renowned dish of Punjab that is loved by everyone is Makki di Roti and Sarson da Saag, along with this the other delicacies of this place are Chole-Bhature, Rajma-Rice, Naan, Paratha, Lassi, Amritsari Fish, Dal Makhani and  Kulcha are the life of Punjabi’s.

Jammu & Kashmir: The preferred food in Jammu & Kashmir is generally meat-based food. Not only is the place very beautiful but also very flavorful, the Kashmiri Dum Aaloo is which uses ingredients like curd, ginger, fenugreek, and other spice blends which are heated in nature are used. this dish is very aromatic and generally enjoyed with Rice Tortilla and Naan, along with this Karam ka Saag is a local delicacy.

Gujarat: the food prepared in Gujarat mainly uses Gram Flour, dishes like Khaandvi, Haandvo, Paanki, Dhokla, and Thepla are the most celebrated dishes of this region. Thepla is the food of every Gujarati it is a part of every occasion and the food for every emotion. it is made from gram flour, wheat flour, fresh fenugreek, and dry spices, after prepared accompanied by curd, pickle, and raw mango chutney.

Bihar: Bihar is famous for its Litti Chokha, a traditional dish that originated here. Other than that Sattu ke Parathe, Khaajaa, Khubi ka Laai, Tilkut, Baalushahi, Pairukiya, Baingan ka Bharta, and Thekua are eaten in other parts of India too.

Maharashtra: Maharashtra cannot be identified or attached to a particular dish but it has been noticed that Paav Bhajin is a very liked dish around here, Maharashtra can be classified as a state where there is high consumption of Paav. The other very famous dishes are Vada Paav, Misal Paav, Bhelpuri, Kolhapuri Mutton and Saabudana Khichdi are the authentic dishes of Maharashtra.

Rajasthan: Rajasthan is world renowned for its traditionally prepared food. the Dal Baati and Churmaa prepared in desi ghee are the most palatable. Rajasthan is also famous for its Red Meat, Ker Saangri, Gatte ki Sabzi and Onion Kachori.

Uttar Pradesh: Uttar  Pradesh is very famous for its dishes, but the best of the lot is its Lakhnavi Kebab, Biryani, Bedami Aaloo, Kachori, Halva, Banarasi Chaat are eaten commonly.

Madhya Pradesh: here Poha, Jalebi, and Bhopali Kebab are no longer limited to Madhya Pradesh. other than those Lassi, Dal Baafle, Bhutte ke Khees, and Maava Baati are also very famous.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad should be identified by nothing but Hyderabadi Biryani.

Bengal: Rasagulla and Mishti Doi along with the Bengali preparation of Fish is the identification of Bengal.

Assam: here the tea is very famous along with the Til ka Peetha, Masoor Thenga Aaloo Pitaka.

Karnataka: Karnataka is famous for its Mysore Paak and Mysore Masala Dosa.

Sikkim: Sikkim one of the most popular north-eastern countries is known for its Momos, Thupka, Gundruk, Faagsapa, and Seel Roti are some of its unique yet popular dishes.
